Operations Specialist

• Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings with mentees and their parents or guardians to complete a detailed action plan as required
• Maintain accurate records and track data related to mentees' attendance, academic achievements, personal goals, program milestones, and performance metrics
• Design and implement engaging activities and programs for weekly mentoring sessions
• Oversee and drive initiatives aimed at expanding the program, including documenting and reporting progress
• Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, seminars, field trips, and other activities
• Collaborate with the Concerned Mothers group to organize meal services for weekly Saturday sessions
• Update and manage the activity calendar on the organization’s website and social media platforms
• Provide guidance and mentorship to entry level staff members to support their development
• Assist senior leadership with various tasks and responsibilities as needed

• Strong administrative skills with a proven ability to oversee and manage operational tasks
• Experience in designing, developing, and executing programs effectively
• Demonstrated expertise in program management and delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse groups
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines

Previous experience mentoring or leading teams is highly desirable
