Job Description

An opportunity for an Operations Specialist has arisen within Airbus Helicopters (Albacete). The selected candidate will join the Compliance solutions team. You will be part of a team developing solutions to enable overall compliance to regulations by providing a technological answer to compliance to Airbus Helicopters needs and regulatory requirements evolutions. As part of the Compliance solutions team, you will be involved in managing directly the development projects and requested evolutions aiming at improving classification and management of our controlled data.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the team in the development, deployment, configuration and maintenance of IT compliance applications (products) and updates
  • Maintains the solutions and associated infrastructure in operational condition in line with SLAs (Monitoring / tracking), security constraints and other PSLs (hosting etc…)
  • Ensures IT change requests are delivered in accordance with stakeholders requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations
  • Communicates improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Product Manager
  • Follow and supervise incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management processes
  • Supervises system backup processing, and leads disaster recovery tests
  • Generate and provide inputs required for KPIS monitoring and provide insights/recommendations associated for improvements

Requirements

  • Completed studies in computer science or similar
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the field of information systems
  • System administration knowledge on OCP servers and Windows Server/SQL servers
  • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell)
  • Use Agile Safe principles (continuous delivery, iterative approach, PoCs, MVPs, Industrialization)
  • You are highly motivated and have excellent communication skills
  • Open minded for collaborative ways of working in a transnational business environment
  • Fluent Spanish, as well as advanced English language skill
  • Autonomy in a good team spirit is recommended as a success factor
  • Ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
  • This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities
