We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and operational activities within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual with strong scheduling and organizational skills, as well as experience in human resources support.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling needs for various teams
Assist with the planning and execution of interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates
Support onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a seamless experience
Oversee administrative tasks related to human resources, such as maintaining records and documentation
Work collaboratively with team members to address operational challenges and improve efficiency
Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage communications and scheduling effectively
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all administrative processes
Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure organizational goals are met
Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive and organized work environment
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles
Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management, with attention to detail
Familiarity with human resources administration processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
