We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Shelton, Connecticut. Job Responsibility:
Onboarding Support: Assist onboarding agents in managing incoming new permanent licenses, working with large data sets utilizing Excel. Ensure data accuracy and smooth process management
Data Entry: Enter, manage, and manipulate data quickly and effectively using advanced Excel skills. Toggle between systems to maintain seamless workflow and support ongoing operations
Sales Support: Provide operational assistance to support the sales team with various administrative tasks, ensuring data is properly tracked and updated in the relevant systems
Fast-Paced Environment: Navigate and adapt to a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines and frequent priorities adjustments
Customer Service Support: Collaborate with different teams and communicate effectively, ensuring excellent internal and external customer service support
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment—ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask efficiently
Proven track record in data entry roles, ideally with experience toggling between multiple systems/programs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations or support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management and analysis
Strong familiarity with call center metrics and performance monitoring
Experience in the credit card industry or consumer banking is preferred
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice to have:
Background in customer service or sales operations is a plus
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a bonus
