Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Mount Olive, New Jersey. In this Contract to permanent employment opportunity, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational and logistical needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and oversee all arrangements for company participation in trade shows, conferences, and events, including scheduling, registration, and preparation of materials and displays
  • Manage both digital and print resources to ensure information is updated and easily accessible for team use
  • Provide administrative support such as organizing documentation, maintaining schedules, and assisting with operational tasks
  • Conduct critical analysis related to consumer banking and lending operations to support business decision-making
  • Handle tasks related to the credit card industry, ensuring compliance and operational accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and achieve operational goals
  • Assist in consumer lending activities, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identify areas for improvement within operations and recommend solutions to enhance workflow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably within consumer banking or lending
  • Familiarity with call center metrics and ability to analyze performance data
  • Knowledge of the credit card industry and related compliance standards
  • Strong understanding of consumer banking and lending practices
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis to support operational strategies
  • Proficiency in managing digital and print materials effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication abilities to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
