We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support critical back-office activities for an organization near Mahwah, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing contract-related processes in a fast-paced environment. The role will focus on maintaining accurate operational records, coordinating with internal departments, and providing responsive support to dealer partners and business teams.
Job Responsibility
Review and process dealer agreements, order details, pricing information, and supporting documents with accuracy across internal platforms
Maintain dealer account records by updating master data and ensuring information remains complete, current, and reliable
Support the setup of new dealer partners by gathering required details and entering information into company systems
Address questions from dealers and internal stakeholders related to agreement status, compensation matters, and account changes
Assist with compensation administration by helping identify and resolve payment or calculation discrepancies under leadership direction
Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Legal teams to address operational challenges and keep processes running efficiently
Track incoming service requests and help ensure responses are provided within established service expectations
Participate in team meetings, training activities, and process update sessions to remain informed on procedural and system changes
Contribute to audit support, reporting tasks, and additional operational projects as needed.
Requirements
Experience working with contracts, pricing validation, and business documentation in an operations or administrative environment
Strong accuracy in high-volume data entry and record maintenance with close attention to detail
Ability to manage account-related updates and coordinate information across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with service request handling and meeting response timelines in a structured workflow
Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems used for transaction processing and record management
Effective written and verbal communication skills for supporting internal teams and external partners
Ability to organize priorities, follow established procedures, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
