Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various operational functions and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide proactive support to management across diverse projects and activities
  • Oversee omnichannel operations by managing daily pending orders, assisting stores with inquiries, and maintaining communication with fulfillment centers
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team regularly to address inventory needs and operational challenges
  • Submit chargebacks and monitor fraud-related KPIs to uphold security standards
  • Approve custom leisurewear texts and ensure packaging stock is adequately maintained through inventory monitoring and ordering
  • Track and address online order rejections to improve customer satisfaction
  • Partner with the Client Service team to provide actionable feedback and resolve issues with the third-party logistics supplier
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by effectively working with multiple teams and departments
  • Attend and follow up on weekly meetings to ensure progress on key initiatives
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively while managing time efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations, preferably within retail or related industries
  • Familiarity with call center metrics and customer service standards
  • Knowledge of consumer banking, lending, and credit card industry practices
  • Strong analytical skills for criticality analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners
  • Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and reporting operational insights
  • High level of attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
