Job Responsibility:
Review and determine the acceptance or rejection of incoming packages based on established criteria

Organize and coordinate the shipment of documents and mail on a weekly schedule
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions and operational workflows
Process data efficiently to support accurate recordkeeping and reporting
Ensure timely handling of daily mail operations, meeting organizational deadlines
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and resolve operational challenges
Requirements:
