Job Description:

Join our Cruise Operations Team in Boston as an Operations Specialist overseeing Shorex operations for the Northeast and helping deliver exceptional shoreside experiences for cruise travelers.

Job Responsibility:

Provide operational support to the Regional Operations Manager in the provision of transfer and shore excursion services
Ensure last minute operational changes are managed in detail and suppliers receive and confirm all updates
Oversee and manage operational incidents while reviewing that there is no impact in the delivery of operations
Maintain continuous communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Collate all operational information in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing and post operation reporting
Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions and transfers meet the quality and operations standards agreed
Coordinate tour guide assignments based on operational needs
Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
Excel proficiency is essential for managing operational data effectively
Ability to work in a flexible manner (including different work shifts)
Ability to solve problems independently and embrace digital culture
Adapting easily to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learning new skills
Collaborative team player who displays the TUI values & behaviors
