We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in West Jordan, Utah. In this role, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of our retail operations by managing various processes and ensuring compliance with company standards. Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate daily operational tasks, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage data entry and processing activities using tools such as ERP systems and CRM platforms
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations through regular auditing and reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance communication and streamline workflows
  • Oversee financial services tasks, including ADP data management and check processing
  • Utilize Epic Software and About Time applications to support project tracking and reporting
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards across all operations
  • Provide support in resolving issues related to compliance and operational discrepancies
  • Assist with documentation and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations-focused role
  • Proficiency in financial services tools, including ADP and check processing systems
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms for data management and reporting
  • Strong auditing and compliance skills to ensure organizational adherence to regulations
  • Experience using Epic Software and About Time for operational tracking
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing data and ensuring process accuracy
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently
