We are seeking a sharp, articulate Operations Specialist to join a global leader in the financial services sector. This role is a perfect launchpad for a professional with 0-2 years of experience who enjoys troubleshooting, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing.
