We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of (F / M) Operations Specialist with Compliance Knowledge (PMO/Staff Level) for our client from the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and implementing an operational framework for a 50-person Compliance organizational unit
  • Establishing standardized workflows (internal communication, document management, cross-functional collaboration)
  • Acting as a connector between leadership and subject matter experts to ensure operational consistency
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, Info Sessions, and Staff Meetings
  • Monitoring Compliance implementation progress and tracking unit objectives
  • Creating and maintaining real-time dashboards to track KPIs and performance
  • Supporting change management and organizational awareness initiatives

Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in senior operational roles within IT or Compliance
  • Have a Senior PMO or Advanced Scrum Master background
  • Can transform an unstructured environment into a structured and measurable organizational unit
  • Have advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Are able to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans for a 50-person team
  • Feel comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and measurable objectives

Nice to have:

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance, medtech)
  • Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Agile, Scrum, or Project Management certifications

  • Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule. Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
  • Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy. Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Collects money (cash or checks) where required.
  • Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors. Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
  • Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
