This role will join our US Fulfilment team for Wild at Unilever. Getting our products into the hands of a customer in the right condition and at the right time takes serious business expertise. Our Fulfilment team is responsible for working with third-party suppliers including warehouses and delivery partners to ensure customers’ orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time. Job Responsibility:
Fulfilment management
Relationship management: Working closely with our external fulfilment providers (3PLs, logistics partners and retailers), to ensure orders are delivered on time and inf full across all customer sales channels
Fulfilment & Logistical excellence: Oversee fulfilment and delivery of DTC and retail orders across multiple countries
Liaising with external partners and customers to communicate updates and ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and in full
Launch management: Oversee operational preparation for DTC product launches and Retail pipefill
Process excellence: Adhere to and improve our standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics management and order fulfilment, to meet operational goals and KPIs
Data & Reporting: Report on the performance of our fulfilment partners against KPIs to identify potential areas of improvement
Systems management: Maintain a smooth flow of orders through our ERP system to our warehouse systems, and ensure data is accurate and consistent Project management
Cross team collaboration: ability to work in cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience and Finance, to ensure fulfilment processes run smoothly to deliver business objectives Data analysis
Support with ad-hoc data analysis using our available data (e.g. cost, customer, order) to reach actionable insights and conclusions
Previous experience managing and influencing internal & external stakeholders

Organizational & analytical skills
Time management skills - you can take initiative and prioritizes tasks

Nice to have:
