Operations Specialist/Truck Driver

In this role, you will support daily operations through equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and assisting across agronomy functions as needed. Responsibilities vary by season and include operating equipment such as forklifts and skid steers, helping on the seed and chemical side in the spring, maintaining the yard in the summer, and performing snow removal in the winter. This is a hands-on, team-focused role where flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed are key to success. No CDL?
