Aon is seeking an Operations Specialist II in Fort Washington, PA. This is a hybrid role working in our Fort Washington, PA office 2 days per week. Aon is in the business of better decisions. Job Responsibility:
Responding to client inquiries for new, renewal, and endorsement processes
Assessing client needs and acting as advisor or processor
Creating financial transactions (automated and manual) to debit / credit policy accounts
Providing system support, user support, training of colleagues, system testing, and implementation of process or system changes
Responsible for daily reporting which may require running queries or tracking production and consolidating excel data
Assisting with reviewing quality of processed work from vendor partners
Reviewing and updating processing notes, templates, and reference materials
Participating in special projects and initiatives as assigned, supporting process improvement and operational efficiency
Requirements:
2+ years of office or administrative work experience
Prior Insurance industry work experience preferred
Excellent reading comprehension and strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and customer service focus
Demonstrated use of sound judgment skills with solid decision-making abilities
Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize work
Strong Independent problem-solving skills and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
Basic Math Skills, including accurate computation and reconciliation
Property and Casualty license preferred
Required to obtain the P&C license within 6 months of hire date
High School
Some college or relevant work experience preferred
