Job Description:

This role is a 4 on 3 off days only position. We are currently working with a multi-site, blue chip food manufacturer who are looking for an Operations Shift Manager to join the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing full factory Operations
  • Ensuring quality and cost standards are met
  • Supporting consistent performance
  • Working cross functionally with Quality, H&S, Hygiene and Engineering teams
  • Implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Leading risk assessments/accident investigations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience at management level in a fast paced environment, ideally chilled food manufacturing
  • Proven track record in Continuous Improvement
  • Proven track record in people development
