Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Service Manager to become an integral part of the PA Consulting-led Argenti care technology partnership. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned manager driven to think outside the box and innovate in care technology. This role is ideal for those passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of others improving the outcomes and quality of life for vulnerable service users across all age groups.

Job Responsibility

  • Service management: Oversee the management of an operational care technology service
  • Team leadership: Manage the service delivery team
  • Risk management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Performance reporting: Collaborate with the Finance and Performance Manager to ensure accuracy of service performance reports
  • Operational data analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Stakeholder liaison: Lead operational engagement with service user groups
  • Quality Assurance: Direct the delivery of the Quality Assurance Programme
  • Service development: Manage assigned projects from initiation to completion
  • Service Review: Lead the team on work to review cases and correspond with service user groups
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support progression and development

Requirements

  • An experienced seasoned manager with experience in managing care technology, social care, and health services
  • Proven managerial experience with the ability to inspire others and work effectively in a complex team with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage a remote team with different working styles
  • A passion for working in Adult Social Care and supporting people to live better lives
  • A good understanding of the outcomes of care technology
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage independently with clients and produce high-quality and well-structured reports and documents
  • Strong organisational skills, with a focus on project management and attention to detail
  • Located in, or happy to commute to South West London twice a week
  • Have an excellent understanding of social care users and their needs
