Job Description:

As an Operations Scientist 1, you will provide vital scientific support to our manufacturing operations. Your primary focus will be on process monitoring, technical investigations, and STARS test support to ensure our sensor products meet the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform testing according to protocols while adhering to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
  • Analyze experimental data, evaluate results, and form technical conclusions
  • Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and write clear, technically correct reports
  • Participate in experimental design discussions and present findings to the wider team
  • Ensure all work complies with the Quality System and Health & Safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or scientific discipline (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • Previous experience working in a laboratory or technical environment
  • Proven ability to write technical reports and present scientific results
  • Proficiency in software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities
  • Ability to work effectively within a regulated environment
