Job Description:

As an Operations Readiness Contractor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization and field partners are fully prepared for upcoming product launches, process updates, and strategic initiatives. You will act as the bridge between development teams and end-users, managing the logistical and operational details necessary for a seamless transition. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of project management, communication, and strategic planning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operational Planning: Support the execution of readiness plans for new product launches, technology rollouts, or operational changes
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all business units are aligned on timelines, requirements, and impact
  • Change Management: Simplify complex operational concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences across the organization
  • Execution & Tracking: Monitor project milestones within the PMO framework to ensure all "Day 1" readiness criteria are met
  • Process Improvement: Identify potential operational bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives
  • Resource Development: Help create training materials, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support field and corporate teams

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in operations, project management, or organizational change/readiness roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP platforms is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to support complex launches or changes
  • Experience working within a PMO structure is a plus
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a significant advantage
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for explaining technical or complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
