This is a unique opportunity to join the quality team, supporting the oversight of quality, governance and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio of elderly care homes. This position is centred around independent quality assurance rather than operational turnaround. You will be responsible for conducting quality monitoring visits, identifying emerging risks, reviewing governance frameworks and producing professional reports that provide assurance and strategic insight to senior leadership.
