Job Description:

This role supports the production, review, and distribution of a wide range of materials, including factsheets, marketing collateral, forms and applications, and regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong desktop publishing skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the Publishing Manager to understand, prioritize, and execute publishing requests across multiple material types
  • Produce, edit, and format documents for print and digital distribution using InDesign and Illustrator within a PC-based environment
  • Prepare PDFs for internal review, incorporate edits and feedback, and manage version control throughout the review process
  • Maintain organized electronic and hardcopy file systems, including preparing materials for print production and submission to translation vendors
  • Support the publishing and delivery of both domestic and offshore regulatory documents
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly updates to factsheets, performance reports, and sales collateral, including review of semi-automated materials in coordination with Quality Control
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery of all materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while accommodating shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Provide additional publishing and operational support as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in publishing, production, or a related operational role
  • Strong working knowledge of PC-based applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to independently proof and quality-check work
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
