Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Project Manager to oversee enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen business performance and support long-range growth in East Memphis. This position will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to move strategic programs forward across operations, digital business initiatives, sales-focused improvement efforts, and infrastructure-related projects. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to guide multiple priorities from concept through delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct complex operational and strategic projects from initial planning through final execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, and outcomes remain aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to advance company-wide initiatives tied to commercial performance, digital growth, operational scale, and enterprise development efforts
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone tracking, risk logs, and resource plans to support effective execution across multiple workstreams
  • Lead recurring project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates to communicate status, surface decisions, and maintain momentum
  • Coordinate contributions from departments such as operations, IT, sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and external partners to keep initiatives moving efficiently
  • Monitor dependencies, identify obstacles early, and implement practical mitigation plans to reduce delivery risk and minimize disruption
  • Prepare dashboards, summaries, and leadership-ready reporting that provide clear visibility into project progress, priorities, and measurable results
  • Support change management activities and encourage adoption of new processes or operating models introduced through transformation programs
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts, performance tracking, and infrastructure-related initiatives, including enterprise expansion projects where applicable

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience leading large-scale or cross-functional business initiatives
  • Demonstrated success managing transformation, operational improvement, or strategic growth programs across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of project management frameworks, planning tools, and execution best practices
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and presenting updates, risks, and recommendations to executive audiences
  • Background supporting projects related to sales operations, eCommerce or digital strategy, technology environments, or infrastructure initiatives is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills in fast-paced settings
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage several priorities at once
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, project management, or a related field is preferred
  • project management certification is a plus
