Job Description:

The Operations Project Manager role involves designing and coordinating operational plans, leading onsite executions, supervising event closures, and managing teams in high-paced environments while interacting with various departments.

Job Responsibility:

Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events
leading the onsite execution
supervising the event closure process
ensuring team alignment and motivation
interacting with other departments like Sales, Originals, and Marketing

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
at least +2/3 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
ability to embrace and create change
proficiency in Spanish and English
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to manage teams in a structured way
strong analytical mind
