Job Description

An AI Tech company is seeking a Operations focused Project Manager to join their team for a six month contract. This role focuses on strengthening and optimizing how work is delivered to new clients at the beginning of their engagement. You will develop scalable processes, establish clear operational standards, and ensure teams have the structure and tools needed to deliver consistent, high-quality results. This is a 6-month hourly contract supporting a focused period of operational improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive playbook outlining how teams deliver work to new clients
  • Establish governance frameworks that enable ongoing process improvement
  • Create and manage standardized decks, documentation, checklists, and delivery timelines
  • Build reusable templates and frameworks to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks, gaps, and unclear ownership, and recommend practical solutions
  • Facilitate retrospectives and lead initiatives to continuously improve team operations
  • Serve as the primary owner of operational excellence within this area

Requirements

  • Strong background in operations, program management, project management, or business operations
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale processes effectively
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and teams
  • Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear, structured, and practical resources
