Job Description:

As Operations Project Manager, you’ll be the backbone of how we deliver: turning customer goals into well-run projects, validating AI analytics, and scaling processes so results are repeatable and trusted. You’ll own delivery from PoC to rollout, working hands-on with data/Quality Assurance and directly with customers to make sure outcomes are accurate, explainable, and valuable.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own delivery from initiation to go-live: scope, plan, run, and de-risk projects to hit timelines and outcomes
  • Run PoCs and roll-outs: allocate resources, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Front-line with customers: present results, explain methodology, highlight value, and support adoption
  • Provide guidance throughout the customer journey: troubleshoot issues, share best practices, and ensure smooth onboarding and usage
  • Be our QA champion: define acceptance criteria, tighten QA/QC workflows, and perform final checks before release
  • Continuously improve: identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, provide feedback, and document standards for QA and QC that scale
  • Validate AI results: review model outputs, investigate anomalies, and ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Make it measurable: track efficiency and delivery performance
  • turn data into operational insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial to keep execution tight and aligned
  • Close the loop: translate customer feedback into product and process improvements

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering
  • Experience in customer-facing delivery—able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and good understanding of QA/QC principles and practices
  • Solid project-management experience in a tech-driven or data-heavy context
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive, structured way of working
  • comfortable juggling multiple projects in parallel
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow with a scaling company
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to electrical grids/infrastructure, computer vision, or AI/data analytics
  • Additional languages beyond English
What we offer:
  • Impact that matters: your work directly increases grid reliability and supports the energy transition
  • Real ownership: meaningful scope, visible outcomes, and room to grow as we scale
  • A strong and supportive team: collaborative, international colleagues with deep domain and technical expertise
