This role, based in in Erskine Park involves end-to-end coordination of our Site Installation works for Portable Buildings across Sydney Metro and surrounding areas. The role allows you to utilise your people & planning skills across the Sales, Branch Operations, Maintenance and Transport teams
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and develop SWMS and project specific documentation, facilitate worker and plant inductions across various projects
Oversee the coordination of multiple small and large projects across a wide customer segment and large geographic area
Management and development of overall project delivery and support infrastructure and resources including financial and cost management
Establish and manage project delivery and support contractual arrangement with customers in consultation with Sales
Coordinate the delivery and support of Coates products in a manner that meets the size, volume and timelines specified in orders placed by internal and external customers
Develop a team of employees and subcontractors to provide specialist services for installation and ongoing maintenance of Power & HVAC projects
Requirements:
Valid drivers licence and valid white card
Strong experience with project management and/or site supervision
Diploma in Project management (desirable)
Experience working in Operational / Sales Management
Strong project management, sales and operations experience
Leadership experience
