Job Responsibility:
Track project timelines and operational workflows
Support reporting and production data tracking
Coordinate between departments (ops, logistics, admin)
Maintain documentation and process updates
Assist with scheduling and planning
Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
2–4 years of operations or project coordination experience
Strong Excel and tracking/reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple moving parts
Experience in manufacturing or logistics preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
