Job Description:

Associate Operations Processor responsible for investigation of payment inquiries from Global clients that arise due to incorrect payment instructions and investigation of validity of funds being transferred to/from Correspondent Bank.

Job Responsibility:

Investigation of payment inquiries from Global clients
Investigation of validity of funds being transferred to/from Correspondent Bank
Sending SWIFT, FEDWIRE and CHIPS messages
Return and cancellation of payments
Hold funds in the general ledger and re-effecting payments
Perform general clerical operations tasks
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:

6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably Business courses
Experience in Banking Operations, Payments, Settlements with knowledge in SWIFT, Telex and Intellitracs
Sound Risk management mindset and good understanding of compliance, AML/OFAC

Nice to have:

Open to fresh graduate (completed Business, Accounting or any Finance related degree)
Amenable to work on shifts and PH holiday
