Job Description:

Associate Operations Processor position at Wells Fargo in payment processing and financial services. Lockbox is a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline driven production environment working behind the scenes with little customer contact.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general clerical operations tasks
Review, sort, image and key payment information
Verify or match data on documents
Perform data entry tasks and routine math calculations
Open, receive, log, batch, scan, prepare and distribute incoming and/or outgoing mail
Navigate multiple computer systems and applications

Requirements:

6+ months of Operations experience
Strong data entry, attention to detail and accuracy skills
Basic computer knowledge
10-key numerical data entry experience
Experience opening, receiving, logging, batching, scanning, preparing and distributing incoming and/or outgoing mail

Nice to have:

10-key numerical data entry experience
Experience with mail processing operations
