We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Processor to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and coordinating customer orders, ensuring smooth operations and accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional customer support throughout the lifecycle of orders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Accurately process and enter customer orders into QuickBooks, maintaining timeliness and precision
Manage the complete order process, from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness
Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring availability of materials to meet production and order demands
Plan and coordinate raw material requirements, aligning with production schedules and customer needs
Maintain consistency and accuracy across customer orders, inventory data, and system records
Support shipping processes by overseeing customer shipments and ensuring timely delivery
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, vendor invoices, and other financial records to ensure proper documentation
Assist in resolving account discrepancies and addressing risk management concerns when necessary
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks for order entry and record management
Demonstrated experience in customer service and order processing
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of inventory management and raw material planning
Familiarity with accounts payable and vendor invoice processing
Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and customers
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts or operations efficiently
Nice to have:
Background in manufacturing or logistics operations is preferred
