We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Processor to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to key operational processes and ensure accuracy in financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Compile and update product cost data and maintain accurate production records
Prepare detailed reports analyzing product costs and margins for management review
Administer customer collections and oversee timely processing of payments
Enter daily cash payments, process credit card transactions, and reconcile postings
Manage credit applications, ensuring proper documentation and processing
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding account statuses
Assist with critical month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Reconcile time cards daily to maintain payroll accuracy
Collaborate with teams to resolve account discrepancies and improve operational workflows
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard organizational information in all tasks
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Proficient in data entry and adept at managing large sets of information
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact professionally
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Advanced mathematical and analytical skills for logical problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all work processes
Nice to have:
experience with Encompass or similar systems is a plus
