Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor to join our Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations team. This role is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing cash transactions for commercial customers and Wells Fargo bank locations.

Job Responsibility:

Process incoming and outgoing cash transactions for commercial customers and bank locations
Opening, logging, verifying, preparing, and distributing currency and deposits
Packing change orders
Perform routine clerical tasks including receiving, logging, batching, and distributing work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:

6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
6+ months cash handling or vault experience
10-key numerical data entry experience
Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment under limited supervision
Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven environment

Nice to have:

10-key numerical data entry experience
