Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Processor to join our team in Stoughton, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflows within the branch. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and ready to take on a variety of tasks to maintain efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect and review timekeeping data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Perform data entry for union payroll systems, maintaining precision in all entries
  • Analyze and verify current and upcoming contracts for compliance and accuracy
  • Respond promptly to client requests and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage compliance requirements across all active projects
  • Process vendor invoices efficiently, adhering to established procedures
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report data
  • Assist with various administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements:

  • End-to-end embedded payments operations ownership, ensuring integrated payments function reliably from enrollment all the way to reconciliation
  • Management of day-to-day relationships and escalations with payment processors, serving as the primary point of contact for operational matters and driving accountability with processors
  • Definition and enforcement of processor workflows, KPIs, and SLAs for merchant application approvals, support issue escalations, and dispute management
  • Lead and support payment initiatives, including new payments launches, processor integrations, and merchant migrations - balancing payments economics vs. friction with partners
