Job Description:

Associate Operations Processor for Cash Vault as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations at Wells Fargo

Job Responsibility:

Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures

Requirements:

6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
6+ months of cash vault or cash handling experience
10-key numerical data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven environment
Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds/vault-lifting and pulling
Ability to stand up to 4 to 8 hours or more
Ability to work additional hours as needed
