Operations Processor

• Process and verify a high volume of service tickets daily, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Review and close service tickets to ensure proper revenue capture for all completed services
• Conduct analytical reviews of reports to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve outstanding issues within established timelines
• Identify and communicate data inconsistencies or errors to management promptly
• Maintain organized and accurate files to support operational and financial processes
• Propose and implement improvements to optimize existing procedures and enhance efficiency
• Assist the finance team with administrative tasks and adherence to accounts payable policies
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures related to operational workflows
• Utilize critical thinking skills to solve issues and manage business data effectively

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations or data-heavy roles with a strong focus on detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and conditional formatting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing large datasets and high workloads
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams
• Self-motivated and proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals
• Experience managing high volumes of transactions or tickets under same-day service level agreements (SLAs)

Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
