Job Description:

Associate Operations Processor position at Wells Fargo performing general clerical operations tasks and manual check capturing for checks that fail OCR processing

Job Responsibility:

Perform general clerical operations tasks
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Manual capturing of Checks which fail OCR capture
Capture Amount and MICR line from check images
Review existing process to identify inherent risks
Work with manager/key stakeholders to incorporate controls

Requirements:

6+ months of operations support experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
High-speed typing/number keying (10Key) training
Able to multi-task effectively
Attention to detail
Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards
Quick learner with ability to retain high volume of information
Ability to recognize and escalate discrepancies
Any Graduate
Freshers/1-2 years of experience in data entry/typing/data processing jobs

Nice to have:

Experience in manual check capturing
Experience with OCR capture processes
Experience in Virtual Keying process
