Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor to perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment, requiring considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices.

Job Responsibility:

Perform moderately complex operations duties
Collect data and prepare operational reports
Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
Coordinate projects
Furnish information to authorized persons
Provide guidance regarding personnel policies and procedures
Process requests for implementing Banking and Treasury products
Update and send daily completion report
Maintain high efficiency and productivity to meet SLA
Identify and resolve exceptions or issues
Collaborate with Onshore and Internal partners

Requirements:

2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Banking or Finance Graduate
US Payments processing knowledge and exposure
Clear understanding of US Banking and Banking Products
