Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor to be part of Global Payments and Liquidity to support Implementation, Maintenace, and Quality. The role is responsible for activities that support the operational infrastructure, performance, and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
  • Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports
  • Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
  • Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
  • Coordinate projects
  • Furnish information to authorized persons
  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
  • Provides maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services
  • Coordinates with customer service representatives regarding submitted customer requests
  • Ensures customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed
  • Communicates product dependencies and establishes timeline for implementation
  • Acts as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and client services as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs
  • May perform post implementation analysis

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Completed at least two (2) years of college education, any field and no back subjects
  • At least two (2) years professional experience in Operations, Banking and Finance, preferably
  • Essential computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Preferably strong knowledge in MS Excel and professional experience in Quality Assurance
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated advanced organizational skills
  • Adept in working with various SLAs or TATs, proficient in meeting deadlines

Nice to have:
