Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of daily administrative processes
  • Manage distribution records (including run sheets and PODs)
  • Ensure timely completion of branch payroll and subcontractor invoice reconciliation
  • Be the confident and collaborative point of contact for external customers
  • Manage customer requests and address service issues within 24 hours
  • Build successful, trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Seek continuous improvement opportunities
  • Provide proactive guidance and coaching to administrative staff
  • Play a key role in the branch's ongoing transition projects
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Participate in safety resolution
  • Help foster a mutual respect-based relationship with operators
  • Uphold a commitment to an injury-free workplace

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience, ideally within the fast-paced Transport/Logistics industry
  • Proficient in systems like SAP and MS Excel
  • Proven experience in payroll completion, attention to detail, and financial reconciliation
  • Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused team worker who builds trust easily with subcontractors and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Supportive of flexible start times during peak operational periods
