Job Description

We are looking for an Business Operations Manager with a structured mindset, who loves to improve efficiency in everything and help scale and optimize operations across Secret Media Network. This role will be fully focused on designing, implementing, and improving processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across Secret Media Network
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement, and translate them into scalable processes
  • Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability in execution between different regions
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems
  • Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and execution speed
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and correctly implemented
  • Document and maintain clear operational playbooks
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring operational feasibility
  • Align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures
  • Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency
  • Use data to identify improvement opportunities and drive decision-making

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management — ideally in large-scale, fast-paced, digital-first organizations
  • Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation
  • Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance
  • Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must

Nice to have

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
