Are you looking for a graduation internship in Amsterdam within the dynamic world of cruise operations? Then this internship at Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services might be the perfect opportunity for you! We are a global specialist in port and shore excursion services for the cruise industry. With operations in over 50 countries, we ensure a seamless experience from dock to destination. As an intern within the Operations & Delivery Team, you will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of cruise operations. You will support the preparation, execution, and evaluation of operational processes in the Netherlands and abroad. In addition, you will work closely with various stakeholders and contribute to the smooth delivery of tours and cruise operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Updating suppliers on confirmed bookings and ensuring all relevant information is sent on time prior to guest arrival
  • Booking tour escorts and guides in line with the operational planning and ensuring complete and accurate documentation
  • Collaborating closely with the Port Operations Manager by collecting and sharing operational feedback
  • Developing and maintaining a feedback document for Tour Directors to support continuous improvement
  • Managing operational changes in detail and handling last-minute requests efficiently, including liaising with international cruise partners and local stakeholders

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO) programme in Tourism or Business Administration
  • Available for a graduation internship starting September 2026
  • Passion for travel and basic knowledge of various destinations
  • Communicatively strong and customer-oriented
  • Able to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment
  • Excellent command of the English language
