Job Description:

The Operations Payroll Specialist supports vital hotel functions across departments, such as Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage. Responsibilities include administrative duties, client and vendor liaison, and ensuring operational excellence while exemplifying Marriott's Gold Standards. Additional responsibilities include creating a safe work environment and building positive relationships with colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event)
ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel
exemplify Marriott's Gold Standards and Employee Promise

Requirements:
