We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Outbound Coordinator to join our client based in the West End of London! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate Outbound Shipments
Collaborate with 3PLs
Communicate Effectively
Track Shipments
Prepare Documentation
Maintain Compliance
Support Sales Team
Manage Logistics Inbox
Conduct Administrative Tasks
Prepare Reports
Promote Continuous Improvement
Assist with Special Events
Unloading Deliveries

Requirements:

Proven experience in a logistics role
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication abilities
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
A willingness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in the beauty and skincare sector is a plus
