Job Responsibility

Coordinate Outbound Shipments: Schedule and manage all outbound shipments according to customer needs and company policies
Collaborate with 3PLs: Work closely with our third-party logistics partners to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time and in full
Communicate Effectively: Liaise with carriers and 3PLs to arrange timely deliveries and pickups, using proactive follow-up measures
Track Shipments: Monitor shipments to meet customer delivery requirements
Prepare Documentation: Generate essential documents, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions
Maintain Compliance: Update shipping manuals and ensure adherence to established requirements
