Job Description:

Join our team as an Operations Officer and play a key role in providing operational support while ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $26 per hour with a 12-month contract. You'll work in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment, helping meet business objectives, service level goals, and customer loyalty targets.

Job Responsibility:

Provide operational support and perform general to specialized transactions within Operations & Technology
Ensure partner relationships are maintained effectively
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer experience indicators (CEI) targets
Handle customer issues using the established partner problem resolution process, escalating when necessary
Ensure all required processing and inquiries are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

Bilingual in French and English
Call center experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet SLAs and perform data entry accurately

What we offer:

Competitive salary: $26 per hour
Contract Duration: 12-month contract
Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Onsite 100% during training, then hybrid model with 2 onsite days post-training
