Job Description:

Join our team as an Operations Officer and play a key role in supporting our Estates team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to various back-office banking products within a supportive and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for triaging, reviewing, and processing estate files, ensuring accurate information updates, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Job Responsibility:

supporting the estates team in file assignment
triaging, reviewing, and determining next steps for estate files
ensuring accurate information updates
utilizing spreadsheets
communicating effectively with partners
meeting service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements:

banking experience
strong communication and customer service skills
proficiency in meeting SLAs
strong attention to detail
critical thinking abilities
the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment
proficiency in MS Office Suite
experience with estates, wills, and death certificates is a plus
post-secondary education is required
experience in MM and FX products is preferred but not required
