In this role, you will be the engine behind credit fulfillment, ensuring that funds are issued accurately and documentation meets rigorous regulatory standards. This is a back-office-focused role (95%) where you will collaborate internally with branch partners to support the seamless delivery of business credit products. Job Responsibility

  • Review complex credit documentation, program funds, and ensure timely disbursement for small business banking products
  • Execute transactions and overrides accurately to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify and escalate operational issues, ensuring all activities adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity protocols
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal partners, clarifying credit policies and security documentation requirements
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and contribute to change management projects
  • Prepare and review specialized reports including Fire Liability, Expiry Forecasts, and Securities Discharges

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services operations
  • Post-Secondary degree preferred
  • Strong typing speed and proficiency in navigating banking software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • French Bilingualism is considered a significant asset
