Operations Officer

• Disbursing funds in accordance with customer wishes and regulatory guidelines
• Acting as the central point of contact for completing settlement and closure activities for retail and wealth customers
• Accurately processing transactions within established guidelines, procedures, and authorized limits
• Contributing to a positive work environment
• Building operations knowledge, critically assessing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Sharing ideas and actively supporting the team

• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant banking role, accounting, or bookkeeping
• understanding of banking products/services
• Experience working with SLAs
• Customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Excel, including macros and pivot tables
