Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Operations Officer to manage clerical data entry and support installation and service call activities for Merchant Solutions. This role involves liaising with internal and external partners, resolving service delivery issues, performing system updates, and updating service tickets/logs.

Job Responsibility:

Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure a consistent and frictionless installation and support process for Merchants
Identify, resolve, and/or escalate service delivery issues and/or complaints
Perform Base 24 and TEM/TMS updates
Update Service Tickets/logs
Manage clerical data entry to support installation and service call activities
Provide support to field technicians over the phone to resolve POS issues

Requirements:

Bilingual – French & English
Data Entry experience
Call Support experience
Troubleshooting experience
MS Office Suite experience
High school diploma (minimum)
Banking experience (asset)
Technical support experience (asset)
Payments experience (asset)
Remedy (Ticketing system) experience (asset)
