Job Description:

The operations Officer will be responsible for Operational support; transaction processing; analysis/reporting; process improvement; partner interaction; adherence to SLAs and regulations; maintaining confidentiality.

Execute transactions accurately
Refer or escalate processing or operational issues
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Support partners with incoming transactions
Interact with partners by responding to requests
Prioritize and manage own workload
Understand internal and industry regulations and trends
Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence
Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes
Actively review internal processes/activities and provide ideas for process improvement
Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities
Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies

Requirements:

1+ year of relevant experience
operations experience
documentation review experience
real estate sector experience
data entry experience
experience working with internal partners
Undergraduate degree preferred
Candidates should not have a mortgage license
stable work history (no job hopping)
